We’ll broaden your horizons

In this role, you will provide “third level support” and be responsible for building and promoting Reports and Analytics throughout the firm.

This is a great opportunity for you to use your knowledge of Workday reporting to enable reporting, solve challenges around data analytics and improve our management information suite, across a wide variety of HR Projects and Initiatives. You will also be responsible for providing reporting and analysis from multiple data sources and therefore advanced Excel skills are also essential. In this role you’ll also:

  • Respond to queries and issues with Workday Reporting from a wide variety of stakeholders.

  • Assist building the Dashboard Capabilities within Workday to provide Executive Level Reporting

  • Work with other HR teams to provide reporting, analysis and data packs for business stake holders as well as resolving data gaps/anomalies

  • Ensure data security and confidentiality is maintained at all times

  • Support the wider HR team and business to improve usability and use of Workday, this would also include training support;

  • Provide data in support of stakeholder requests including as examples only client bids, HMRC requests, monthly headcount reports, internal and external communications.

  • Build relationships with Finance counterparts to share knowledge and post phase 2, create reporting, analytics and dashboards including combined data

  • Perform tasks as delegated by Reporting & Analytics Assistant Manager including during periods of absence

  • Workday knowledge & experience using Workday reporting (including Advanced and Matrix Reports, calculated fields, dashboards and Workday Sheets

  • Advanced Excel & reporting skills

  • Ability to understand the HR customers’ needs and translate them into reporting deliverables

  • Understanding of the key HR processes

  • Capable of multi-tasking and executing of multiple projects simultaneously

  • Exposure to Workday Studio and leveraging BIRT to produce customised reports (desired)

  • Advanced Security configuration experience including Intersectional Security (desired)

  • Exposure to Workday PRISM Analytics (desired)

  • Data Migration experience (desired)
