Bed Bath & Beyond looking for a talented and experienced Workday People & Culture Technology Architect who is a Workday Talent, Performance, and HCM expert!

You will be responsible for all things Workday – Talent. Help us to build a cohesive one-stop shop to support our associates as they grow their careers at Bed Bath & Beyond.

In this role, you will partner with our internal People & Culture teams to implement, optimize, and maintain the company’s HR technology with the focus on Workday. The ideal Architect will maximize system efficiencies to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business and be the subject matter expert for the HR tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implements system changes to meet the needs of the business and manage the setup and data elements of the foundational structures in Workday.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday with an emphasis on Talent and Performance.

  • Manage end-user support requests and issues.

  • Partner with business units by building strong relationships to ensure alignment with processes inside and outside of HR Technology with focus on Workday.

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards for business units.

  • Provide training and assistance to People & Culture support staff.

  • Create and update documentation and communications.

  • Review functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts and opportunities for enhancements.

  • Possess accountability for data integrity, including quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness, and usability (includes core systems related interfaces).

  • Backup support for Learning and Recruiting functional areas.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ Workday configuration with a focus in Talent, Performance and HCM.

  • Workday Learning and/or Recruiting configuration a plus.

  • Excellent PC software knowledge including Microsoft Office applications.

  • Understanding of data privacy practices and regulations and discipline to work with highly confidential information.

  • Ability to communicate, present and interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • Strong people skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships will business units along with third party vendors.

  • Workday Pro certifications a plus.
