The Manager, Process Innovation, Talent Acquisition will oversee global process improvement and forecasting for the talent acquisition function.   They will review processes, tools, forecasts and recruitment metrics to improve candidate and recruiter experience to ensure global recruitment targets are achieved and evolve recruitment processes and tools in line with company strategies and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develops, recommends, and implements recruitment policies and procedures, ensures all policy related documentation is legislatively compliant and up to date

  • Provide guidance and recommendations on all Workday processes and improvements, maintaining currency on platform and connection to broader workday community

  • Work with Senior Management to manage the Recruitment budget globally to ensure costs are controlled and monitor paid hiring sources to ensure cost effectiveness, recommending changes where required

  • Work with Recruitment leaders to ensure global forecasts are accurate, and resourced to  

  • Work with Senior Management to develop Recruitment strategies in line with company culture and core values with the development of recruiting strategies 

  • Establish and maintain global  partnerships with third parties (including recruitment agencies) relevant to Talent Acquisition initiatives

  • Develop and maintain talent acquisition metrics that provide clarity on global trending; benchmarking and insights for making program and process improvements

  • Work with key stakeholders and senior management to design Service Level Agreements for Talent Acquisition and monitor the overall performance with regular reporting to management 

  • Design and manage the Talent Acquisition Team compensation plans, where applicable

  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and other internal benchmarks as appropriate.

  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

  • Champion company core values and other company programs to engage and motivate our employees

  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent experience 

  • College degree or certification in a related field would be an asset

  • 3- 5 years of Recruiting experience

  • Minimum 1- 2  years experience in a Recruitment Leadership position, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume/growth environment demonstrating leadership, change management, and innovation

  • 1-2 years’ experience with Workday both with configuration and recruitment functionality

Certificates, Licenses, & Registration:

  • Working toward HR designation is an asset.
