Full time

You will get hands on exposure to the full-cycle recruiting process while working closely with HR leadership to support the daily recruiting operations of the organization. You will coordinate with hiring managers across the business to streamline interview scheduling and optimize the candidate experience. You will support a team of recruiters, become an expert in Workday Recruiting, and ensure that new hires have completed all tasks in time for their first day.

What you will do: 

  • Support talent acquisition operations by assisting Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR leadership with onboarding, new hire orientation, and HRIS data integrity.

  • Manage interview scheduling for hiring managers and candidates via email or self-scheduling applications.

  • Track new hire document completion and ensure tasks are completed in time.

  • Conduct background checks, I-9 verification, and provide ad hoc new hire orientation support.

  • HRIS recruiting projects/testing, user support, hiring manager.

  • Manage job postings for external recruitment sites.

  • Oversee the applicant testing process and maintain testing records.

  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership and maintain department calendar and meetings.

  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. 

 

You need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 

  • 1 year of administrative and/or customer service management experience. 

  • Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand the business environment, strategy and people initiatives. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and collaboration skills.
