  • Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams.

Scope:

  • Providing technology direction and guidance to the business and development teams with respect to implementation, transformations, data conversions and integrations specifically in Workday Human Resources and Financials domain.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand the requirements, architect the solution, create functional and technical designs, implementation, support testing and successful deployment of IT applications 
  • Develop new Studio, EIB, Connector integrations for Workday HCM & Financials
  • Level2/3 support for 100’s of integrations that are operational
  • Coordinate with HRIS and FINOPS team on weekly basis for operations and future development pipelines

What you’ll do:

  • Providing technology direction and guidance to the business and development teams with respect to implementation, transformations, data conversions and integrations specifically in Workday Human Resources and Financials domain.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand the requirements, architect the solution, create functional and technical designs, implementation, support testing and successful deployment of IT applications 
  • Develop new Studio, EIB, Connector integrations for Workday HCM & Financials
  • Level2/3 support for 100’s of integrations that are operational
  • Coordinate with HRIS and FINOPS team on weekly basis for operations and future development pipelines
  • Identifies the non-functional requirements like security requirements and performance objectives during the design phase
  • Hands-on design, coding & development
  • Ability to write and review code as needed, and provide technical direction to the group in all phases of development
  • Nurture a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, creative problem solving, and innovation within the team.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related tech field
  • 8+ years’ experience in Workday Integrations
  • 2 Workday Implementation experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in IT
  • 5+ years’ experience with some other cloud app, HCM or FIN domain, or middleware product
  • Experience in software development lifecycle
  • Communication skills with business teams and customers
  • Experience in Workday HCM Implementation from project initiation to go-live and support spanning requirements, gap analysis, architect Workshops, design workshops, business process 
  • mapping, data conversions and integrations
  • Experience in complex Workday Financials Implementation from project initiation to go-live spanning requirements, gap analysis, architect Workshops, design workshops, business process mapping, data conversions, and integrations
  • Workday Technical Skills in Integration tools like Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Workday Connectors, EIB, advanced reports, Calc Fields, Business Processes, Condition Rules, Workday Extend etc
  • Web Services technologies like XML, XSL, REST, SOAP, JSON
  • Cross Application Integrations and Data Extractions for BI Analytics using Azure platform
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in an agile test-driven development with continuous integration.
  • Strong requirements analysis and solution design abilities.
