Job Description Qualifications:

An exciting opportunity has become available to join Boeing Poland as HR – Experienced Workday Analyst based in Gdansk, Poland.

The ideal candidate will work within a distributed team analyzing and resolving customer requests via our case management tool, Service Now. This role will interpret and explain HR business process involving regular collaboration with customers to take appropriate system action, or provide guidance, as established by internal guidelines and procedures. This is a very high touch position focused on customer service and building a positive employee experience in addition to ensuring timely execution of employee data updates.

On Saturday, 12 March 2022, the President of the Republic of Poland signed a law to assist citizens of Ukraine in connection with the armed conflict in that country. As part of this law, Ukrainian refugees in Poland benefit from access to the Polish labour market.  Boeing welcomes applications from Ukrainian refugees who are seeking employment in Poland.

Position Responsibilities:

Analyzing basic and moderately complex customer requests to appropriately respond using Service Now and Workday systems and tools. Interact directly with customers via electronic, written or verbal communication to respond to HR data inquires. Will partner with functional resources to provide timely and accurate resolutions to requests. Will need to demonstrate knowledge of Workday business processes, business acuity and critical thinking to perform daily work. Will need to support documentation and maintenance of desk procedures where needed.

Works flexible hours (shift work welcome), in a hybrid work environment, to satisfy global customer needs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Fluent English skills, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Boeing HR experience

  • Understanding global HR policies, procedures, processes and services to answer questions and guide through the process

  • Proficient with Workday and/or other HR management systems

  • Experience with case management systems

  • Experience performing HR transactions in Workday

  • Excellent customer service skills!

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through sophisticated education (e.g. Bachelor) and/or 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
