SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an essential member of the recruitment team. The coordinator works in collaboration with talent acquisition team to provide administrative support in the recruitment and hiring of new associates to the ministry. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, i.e. I-9 auditing, adjudication escalation preparation and review, preparation of hiring manager satisfaction results, preparation of welcome survey results, assisting with reference checks, reporting and auditing for certification and licensing verification, processing of invoices, and other duties as assigned.
  • Management of candidate communications via recruitment channels, i.e. application accommodation request, recruitment email account, recruitment campaigns, and others.
  • Provide administrative support for job fairs and career events. May attend job fairs and events as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and recruitment initiatives as assigned, i.e. ATS testing, RN Fast track candidate processing, passive candidate recruitment initiatives, etc.
  • Assist with new user training and tier 1 support for client issues and vendor management.
  • Pull Union job posting report weekly and distribute in accordance with CBA.
  • Assist learning leaders and talent acquisition team with new associate orientation, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education:

  • Some College

Minimum Years and Type of Experience:

  • Two years’ experience in a customer service and/or administrative role. 
  • Previous Human Resources and/or Recruitment experience is preferred.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Previous applicant tracking system experience is preferred.  
  • Workday experience is strongly preferred.
  • Effective problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality. 
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
  • Team player with strong worth ethic.
