Employee Care Center Business Partner
Key Role:
Provide high-touch, empathetic support to employees by collaborating with colleagues across multiple Human Resources functions to address questions, concerns, and issues. Deliver timely outreach, response, and solutions to address and resolve sensitive or complex inquiries with personal attention and focus on employee experience. Apply specific functional knowledge of policies and procedures, including general industry knowledge and delivery of responses and resources when assessing situations. Develop strategies for cross-collaboration between service lines and team colleagues to create viable solutions for anticipated needs. Use discretion and sound judgment to execute customer service-based procedures and processes while maintaining integrity of confidential employee information. Partner with service line and client-facing leaders to analyze and assess trends from all incoming activity and feedback to make recommendations for improvement and enhancing service delivery. Lead key pillar program initiatives to expand team service offerings across the organization that will inform clients and encourage collaborative efforts and lead or collaborate on projects that can span across multiple disciplines in HR Operations focusing on analyzing processes to identify gaps or redundancies and make recommendations to streamline, eliminate, automate, optimize, and improve existing processes. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:

7+ years of experience with providing direct human resources support to employees

Experience with providing internal customer service in large organizations

Experience with managing sensitive and critical employee situations

Experience with applying HR principles, practices, and procedures daily

Experience with leading and reporting on key team or organization initiatives

Experience with delivering presentations to clients and executive leadership

Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams

Ability to address multiple requests in a fast- paced and team-oriented environment

Ability to work non-standard hours to support client needs, including international time zones

HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:

Experience with providing on-demand and on-call customer support

Experience with Workday HRIS

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Possession of excellent analytical, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration

Human Resources Certification, including SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
