Executive Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Key Role

Deliver executive search consulting services, including maintaining responsibility for leading the full life cycle of the recruiting process focused on executive level roles. Manage day-to-day interaction with candidates and clients, educate client leadership on market trends, cycle times, and other key performance metrics, and develop a thorough understanding of the business goals and mission to effectively design and execute recruiting strategies to achieve client and business needs. Perform interviews to assess candidates’ capabilities, manage the evaluation process and hiring decisions, execute candidate follow-up and feedback, provide guidance on compensation packages, and extend and negotiate employment offer packages. Maintain responsibility for tracking recruiting activity and other metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP and Booz Allen recruiting policies. Due to the nature of the work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications

-5+ years of experience with recruiting executives

-Experience with delivering executive hiring results in a professional services environment

-Experience with building and maintaining relationships with internal executives and executive candidates

-Experience with delivering results throughout the entire recruiting life cycle

-Experience with providing data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics

-Experience with tracking the recruiting process through the use of an Applicant Tracking System

-Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications

-Experience with recruiting in both retained search and professional services firms

-Experience in a corporate recruiting role

-Experience with Workday

-Experience with helping refine executive attract and hire processes in a professional services environment

-Knowledge of executive compensation plans, including various salary, short term, long term and equity incentive plans

-Ability to work with teams to set clear objectives and meet a deadline

-Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
