Human Resources Specialist, Junior
Assist HR managers, staff and other personnel with full lifecycle HR support with a specialization in benefits and leave administration. Administer benefits programs, including employee leave management, such as Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Military leave and other related programs. Act as key point of contact between help desk and insurance carriers, including all health and welfare programs, generates reports and completes routine audits within set deadlines to ensure policy and vendor compliance. Partner with HR Business Leads, Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate benefit deductions, enrollment and other related information. Demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects to completion. Deliver outstanding customer service, communication and relationship building skills. Experience with heavy call volumes and employee escalations. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
-2 years of experience with HR and benefits, including handling employee inquiries and claim resolution
-Experience with heavy call volumes and employee escalations
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects to completion
-Experience with Workday
-Possession of excellent customer service skills
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $45,000 to $55,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
