Talent Strategy Project Consultant, Mid

Key Role:

Support key firmwide Talent Management (TM) strategic initiatives. Apply knowledge of TM and best practices to analyze data, design solutions, and develop materials supporting talent processes that better inform talent decisions and impact employees at all organizational levels of the firm. Apply project management techniques and technology to socialize and deliver solutions within quick-turn timeframes. Work across organizational boundaries to ensure alignment and build effective partnerships and collaboration will be critical for this individual’s success. Support talent areas, including performance management, career development, high potential identification, and succession planning. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a strategic, business-focused talent management or Human Resources (HR) professional

  • Experience with applying project management techniques and strategies

  • Experience supporting change management for system, process, and culture change initiatives

  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to apply research and best practices to TM process and program solutions

  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify actionable insights and solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Talent, including performance, career, potential, or succession

  • Knowledge of Booz Allen’s business, organization, and processes

  • Possession of strong project management skills yielding quality deliverables within tight deadlines

  • Possession of strong relationship building skills with key contacts internally and externally

  • Possession of strong data analytics and information visualization skills in order to socialize results and influence decisions

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Project Management (PMP) certification

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $70,000 to $100,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
