Job Description

We are currently seeking a Retail HR Business Partner for Italy, Greece & Turkey as part of our dynamic Southern Europe Regional team based in our Head Office Milan. As Retail HR Business Partner for Italy, Greece & Turkey, you will provide outstanding People support to colleagues within our Retail sector, across Italy and international stores by partnering closely with the Store Managers and the Retail Area Manager. Reporting to the HR Manager for Italy, Greece & Turkey, you will be part of the HR EMEA Department

How you will contribute:

  • Ensure an efficient and fast recruiting process for Retail positions, from recruitment to hiring, guaranteeing an excellent candidate experience across all steps
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to Store Managers on effective feedback techniques
  • Provide support in the execution of the Retail People Strategy to support evolution and growth
  • In collaboration with the training department, facilitate the roll out and follow up of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
  • Provide support in all the daily activities related to employees’ life-cycle events in the Company (hiring, onboarding and people management)
  • Timely manage administrative HR processes and procedures, monitoring the monthly deadlines related to the employment and keep employees' information (hirings & leavings, contract, role and compensation changes, etc) updated within the HR system (Workday)
  • Collaborating in the monitoring of HR budget
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
  • Ensuring the core HR processes (such as Salary Review/Onboarding/Appraisals) are delivered brilliantly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and HR best practices

Who you are:

  • BA/MA in Economics, Human Resources or related field
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar role within international and well-structure Company, preferably in fashion luxury sector in a retail environment
  • Deep knowledge of Retail and its dynamics
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint), previous knowledge of Workday is considered a plus
  • Energetic, organized and business-driven approach with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexibility to manage changing business needs and priorities
  • Project management – experience of effectively managing ad hoc projects as well as the annual HR processes
  • Creativity and collaborative working – passion and desire to create great solutions together and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders
