Our Talent and Development (T&D) team sits within the HR function and works globally to enable the business to achieve its strategic goals by developing, embedding, and enhancing processes and frameworks that support employee performance, growth, and engagement.

The T&D team is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager – Performance Management to join the team.

The incumbent will be the BBH go-to subject-matter expert on everything Performance related. As end-to-end owner of the Performance Management process, your primary responsibility will be related to the ongoing enablement, analysis, enhancement, and program management of the regular performance cycle.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identify challenges and offer strategies and solutions related to Performance Management, in partnership with HRBPs and other T&D colleagues
  • Proactively propose enhancements to the Performance Management approach based on current research, trends, and best practices, adapted to the BBH environment
  • Own the Performance Management technology solutions (Workday), in partnership with the HR Information Services team
  • Determine consistent standards and approaches for measurement tools such as dashboards and summaries to support data-driven business decisions.

To be successfully in this role, you would possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience leading independently the performance management function of an organization
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Proven skills to interpret, translate and analyze business needs and to effectively present to wider audiences and senior leaders
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Excel and PowerPoint.
