Join us a Manager, Talent Management Design!
The role will be part of the Talent Strategy function and will be responsible for the design (strategy, development, change management, implementation, and measurement) across core Talent & Development processes while ensuring a lens of diversity & inclusion, including but not limited to Performance Management, Promotion Process, Talent Assessment, and Surveys (e.g., Engagement, Culture).  The Manager works independently to understand best practices in the talent space and to apply in a meaningful way within the BBH environment.Â
Some of your key responsibilities include:Â Â
- Elevate our existing performance management approach; make and implement recommendations to ensure we have a streamlined process, continuous dialogue and meaningful and balanced performance discussion.
- Develop tools and resources to build both employee and manager skills related to performance discussion, ongoing feedback.
- Partner closely with the HRBPs, Talent Advisors, and business leaders to design and embed Talent Products across the firm.
- In addition to leading the re-imagination of the firm’s performance management and development, the person will provide thought leadership around the design, launch and delivery of talent management solutions: Talent Reviews& Succession Planning, Onboarding, Talent Assessment and other talent solutions.
- Measure and assess the impact of the talent process, including both interim and long-term metrics and reporting. Analyze data to develop insights and recommendations.
- Create plan and approach to drive adoption and sustainment of talent management processes, includes the ability to conduct stakeholder analysis, assess change readiness, develop strategic change management plans, and create communications plans.
- In partnership with HR Technology and Reporting team, ensure talent processes are appropriately enabled by technology and that critical data is captured and accessibleÂ
- Present solutions to HR and Business leaders to influence and generate buy-in to proposed solutions/approachesÂ
- Drive continuous improvement using a combination of external benchmarking, process discipline, and innovation trends impacting performance management, talent management, promotion processes, onboarding, engagement, and cultureÂ
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (in relevant discipline) or equivalent required
- Relevant experience in revamping our running performance management processes, goal setting, performance calibrations. Â
- Experience in the design, development and delivery of business process, product and systems
- Experience with Workday system preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong relationship management skills

BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000 which is specific to New York, NY and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
