Our Talent and Development (T&D) team sits within the HR function and works globally to enable the business to achieve its strategic goals by developing, embedding, and enhancing processes and frameworks that support employee performance, growth, and engagement.

The T&D team is currently looking for a Talent Operations Program Manager.

The primary responsibility of the Talent Operations Program Manager is to support BBH’s key talent practices including, but not limited to performance management and promotions.  This role will also play a critical role on supporting the team on other talent initiatives as needed.  Specifically, responsibilities include managing BBH’s annual performance and promotion processes, analyzing our current performance and promotion system and processes and implementing changes to improve our practices.  The Talent Operations Program Manager will work closely with the Talent & Development Strategy team, Human Resources and Human Resources Information Systems to explore and implement improvements to the process.  This role will report into the Head of Talent & Development Operations.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the main point of contact for Employee Development and Performance (EDP) and promotion processes for Human Resources and Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Create and maintain performance and promotion processes and procedures.
  • Implement and provide ongoing maintenance for T&D’s technology solutions for Employee Development and Performance (EDP) and promotions. This includes documenting business requirements, testing, process design/reengineering and project management.
  • Organize and draft Employee Development and Performance (EDP) and promotion cycle communications for Human Resources, managers, and employees.
  • Create and maintain learning resources (job-aids) for Employee Development and Performance (EDP) and promotion processes.
  • Provide and maintain data and analytics around Employee Development and Performance (EDP) and promotions.
  • Stay abreast of current research and trends impacting performance and promotions and proactively identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity and satisfaction with the Employee Development and Performance (EDP) and promotion process.
  • Perform other responsibilities when necessary to support BBH’s talent practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • 8+ years of experience supporting performance management and promotion processes and tools for a global enterprise
  • Experience operationalizing performance management and promotion processes
  • Experience with Workday system preferred, specifically with performance and promotion functionality
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong ability to interpret, translate and analyzes business needs to effectively present concepts and approaches to wider audience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range

$80,000K – $90,000K

BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
