This role is also responsible for day-to-day HR processes and roll out of initiatives & programs in Brown-Forman Korea. These initiatives & programs are aligned to employee relations, hiring & onboarding, payroll, HR systems administration, data management, benefits support, employee experience and various other activities to support the company’s HR, Organisation and People strategy.

Talent Acquisition Partnership
Assist hiring Managers with recruitment support and coordinate with Talent Acquisition Management of employee electronic P-files. Job contract process Link with payroll local provider Follow-up of legal issues before and after the hiring Register personal information for the Employees’ hiring in Workday Link with IT team for security codes, address… Coordinating with Global mobility vendor for immigration processes Generating offer letters / Comp sheet preparation for every replaced/ new role Employees On-Boarding: B-F values, Workday training, Data handling TA on hiring process, offer letters, work pass coordination, global mobility, data management, benefits enrolment, employee events. Job Description/ Job evaluation for all new roles & replacements local job ads per government guidelines Organisation charts Liaision with PSA/ Total Rewards/ TA for positions discussions/ hiring/ offer salary issues
Payroll and HRIS
Managing and checking data for payroll before approval by HR head Management of payroll issues with HR head Calculation of benefits for Payroll Payroll approval before payment Direct contact among local payroll provider and BF Payroll team Management of the sick leave , other leaves Follow Up with accounting department regarding reimbursement and tax payment Pulling out payroll data for audit Assist HR Manager for information process in case of audits Work with Finance and accounting Department for the following up of Plan/ Budget (wages, taxes, vacations accruals budget)
Workday & HR Data:
Supports HRBP in executing people & org changes; leads Workday org change process with PS&A Â Manages employee data as it relates to open positions, employment offers, compensation/job evaluation, benefits, terminations, diversity initiatives & metrics, new hire communication/orientation Compensation sheet and implement the entire hiring process into Workday Management of the correct reporting lines and position numbers or cost centers, process changes with headquarters and/ or in Workday. Verify that personnel changes are processed according to B-F guidelines and approval procedures are kept in duplicates Absence management through Workday ( or relevant system) Time Off system Calculation of extra hours regarding time declaration in Workday of employees who have a contracts in hours
Performance Management
1.    Provides reports to HRBPs to support the PGP processes; provides basic guidance to employees and managers related to Perf Mgmt. Manages Dev Plans / PIPs, with coaching from HRBP.
Employee relations and others
Coordinate Employee townhalls/ communication sessions Provides basic HR guidance to employees on various topics and issues; leads basic investigations with guidance from HRBP Assist with employee relations (point of contact for any request: administration and legal rules such as paternity and maternity leave

What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Diploma/ College/University
- Experience: 5+ years HR related experience
- Experience with Workday, Google Suite, Concur systems
- Payroll experience
