About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the APAC Recruitment team to perform a variety of operational/administrative activities related to recruitment and onboarding. The individual will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external candidates, possess great communication skills, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. In this fast-paced role, you’ll;

  • Provide administrative support to our recruiters throughout recruitment cycle and onboarding processes

  • Manage all interview coordination, bookings and logistics for both onsite and virtual interview via Teams

  • Coordinate completion of background screening for identified candidates by initiating and monitoring the process till completion

  • Perform ongoing data entry, track resumes and maintain candidate data accurately and up to date in the recruitment system (Workday)

  • Liaise with Global Workday Configuration team to resolve any Workday technical issues

  • Identify opportunities for improving hiring manager & candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

You’ll bring;

  • A minimum of 12 months prior recruitment operations experience in fast moving recruitment team within in-house, agency setting or RPO team OR HR administration experience

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Proficient in English and Japanese language, both written and verbal with clear understanding of business email etiquette

  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
