What You’ll Get to Do
Responsible for support of program business development operations and functional operations to support program staffing. Duties may include facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas such as the program and recruiting departments. Will support the Program Staffing Manager in planning, monitoring the program activities. Responsible for supporting the program staffing manager in executing, monitoring one or more aspects of the program, e.g. Program support functions to include program staffing and program management office.

Ability to work with Recruiting to ensure Job Requisitions (JR’s) are posted for B&P opportunities

Experience working with Recruiting to accomplish staffing goals for B&P opportunities

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
You’ll Bring These Qualifications

4 years of experience working on Program Staffing or Program Operations
-
Bachelors and 4+ years experience required or Associate’s degree and 4 years’ experience required

Ability to create and update JR Forms, LCV Forms and RTS Forms (347), Word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software to collect, record and verify data from multiple sources for generating documents, reports, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.

Experience in creating job descriptions

Experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel to track

Experience with Workday for staffing functions

Ability to schedule Interviews in Outlook with sub candidates

Ability to learn Internal Tracking System (RTS) for program staffing tracking
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

Experience working on Funded opportunities for staffing

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $52,300-$107,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
