The role we are offering you:Â
Â
By joining our Central Planning team in Global Engineering in Montreal, you’ll work daily with the Leader, Training & Development, Global Engineering, in the field of Organizational
Training. You will have the opportunity to contribute to:Â Â

The training needs analysis;Â
-
The implementation of training programs responding to Global Engineering employees’ needs;Â
-
The trainings follow up.Â
Â
Are you ready to:Â

Design a training plan for new employees based on identified needs Â

Create online training material using our learning management system – Workday Learning – (video tutorials, including writing scripts for narration, creating screenshots, recording voice-overs, and editing video/audio)Â

Manage training logistics:Â

Organize training sessions by coordinating with many instructorsÂ
-
Follow up on attendanceÂ
-
Request feedback for these training sessionsÂ
-
Provide recommendations for changes on training sessions or training programsÂ
Provide recommendations for tools to use and guide employees involved in trainingÂ
Â
Our ideal candidate has:Â

Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of MS OfficeÂ

Excellent communication skills in French and EnglishÂ

Ability to create compelling and valuable contentÂ

Creative thinking skills Â

Self-starting skills and able to successfully plan, manage and execute multiple projects at the same timeÂ

Ability to be pragmatic, action orientedÂ

Preferred EducationÂ

Pursuing a degree in human resources, industrial relations, educational technology, technopedagogy or any other related field – at least 1 year completed and/or with relevant experienceÂ
Â
Location of the internship is CAE Montreal.Â
Â
Internship will be carried out hybrid mode.Â
Â
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years. Â
