Job Summary:Â Â
The Manager, Talent Development manages efforts to build and scale a robust Talent and Development platform, including eLearning design, development, measurement, and reporting.  This role is a key architect responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate leadership, professional and functional development, and continuous learning of teammates across the organization supporting Caliber career paths.  This role leads the strategy for planning, designing, building, implementation, and delivery of online training and development programs to support our field and corporate teams.Â

Essential Job Duties:Â

Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of Talent Development projects with varying levels of complexity to successful completion with minimal supervision.Â

Manage current eLearning programs and develop improvements keeping current with business needs. Partner with leaders to define training and development needs and key messages across stakeholders.Â

Design appropriate strategies to address the technical knowledge and skill building needs and determine the best delivery channel.Â

Oversight responsibility of the Learning Management System (LMS), including defining security role definitions, report design and system governance.Â

Design training materials, multi-media, and interventions to enable learners to apply what they have learned to establish or improve job performance. Â

Implement processes and standards required to ensure instructional design quality, technology, and overall learning effectiveness from storyboarding through implementation.Â

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, determine education, learning and development priorities based on the needs associated with the business impact.Â

Apply design principles for single, blended and/or action learning training programs that provide employees with the essential tools for job growth and success.  Â

Work with cross-functional teams to solve performance and learning challenges. Apply a rapid design process starting with needs analysis to determine appropriate learning requirements, methodologies, and modality. Â

Partner with external consultants as required in project management capacity to develop programs.Â

Skills/Requirements:Â Â

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Talent Development, Training and Development, or Human Resources or similar field required or equivalent experienceÂ

5 years of progressive training development needs analysis, instructional design, report architecture, learning management systems and/or learning project management.Â

Proficient in MS Office Â

Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalitiesÂ

Excellent Project management skillsÂ

E-Learning software Articulate, Camtasia or Captivate, screen capture toolsÂ

Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Â
