HR Systems Analyst
About this role

We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our HR team to help drive this vision forward, by designing and delivering an HR tech roadmap (Workday and Salesforce) and owning the automation agenda.
What you’ll do
-
Deliver the tech roadmap for 2023 and beyond, navigating change and amendments

Design and improve reporting and visibility of tech/experience and automation change/improvement opportunities

Connect into Talent Experience work to ensure the team can deliver on strategies set by that agenda, seeking to reduce queries into our HR Shared Service; and any other experiential improvements required to the HR operations process touch points through the associate lifecycle

Work with US Tech and Canada partners to explore non UK tech change benefits and ensure the UK is considered for inclusion in these

Manage purging of data from systems as part of our business as usual processes

Manage annual benefits enrollment support required from our US Tech partners

Deliver ongoing improvements to prevent cases and poor experiences that come to light through processing activities

Design and develop interaction models with US and UK tech partners and maintain relationships to ensure HR tech service and standards are maintained

Manage interaction with UK Tech- ensuring systems and architecture meet UK standards. Seek to understand UK Tech offer in supporting UK HR

Manage interaction with US Tech, monitoring change, driving prioritisation

Collaborate with Canada to understand local tech agendas and find opportunity to greater efficiencies and knowledge share

Support on larger tech projects where required
What we’re looking for
-
Previous experience working in a similar HR Analyst role (Workday experience desirable)

Experience in delivering continuous improvement to an HR system
-
Ability to manipulate data, show insight, provide recommendations and progress change

Excellent communication skills – able to connect with differing audiences through effective comms

Comfortable interpreting tech development information and able to play these into UK HR processes

Effective stakeholder management and able to design and develop reporting to meet the needs of all parties

An understanding of HR processes and how the HR system supports these
-
Effective Project Management skills
Where and how you’ll work
This is a permanent position and will be based in our Nottingham offices. Our hybrid working model offers you the flexibility to work from our offices and from home, when you need to.
We’re big on collaboration and connection, and so generally encourage our associates to use our offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The number of days you spend in the office will usually be led by the type of work you’re doing, and the hybrid working patterns of the people you partner most closely with.
