Job Description:

Position Summary: This position serves as the primary Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Centerstone Florida and provides full-cycle recruiting services.

Hybrid position a mix of remote and office work.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.  A minimum of two years of experience in full cycle recruiting. Four years of experience in Human Resources may be substituted for educational requirements.  Proficient in using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualification:  Experience recruiting behavioral health and/or healthcare providers. Experience using Workday Recruiting.  Experience with various background screening types.

Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:  Ability to approve job requisitions and post them, ensuring they are accurate, descriptive and appealing to potential applicants; along with hiring managers, screen applications and resumes to determine if applicants meet minimum qualifications; experienced in preparing for and attending job fairs to make the most of the flow of potential candidates; ability to assist hiring managers as they identify candidates who are highly qualified for their positions.

  

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

Works with senior management, directors, managers and supervisors to ensure that job postings accurately reflect position responsibilities, minimum and preferred qualifications.  Posts all positions using HRIS system. Maintains communication with hiring supervisors throughout the posting, screening, interviewing and hiring process.  Provides recruitment training to senior management, directors, managers and supervisors as needed. Visit other CFL locations to meet with hiring managers and staff to offer assistance and for relationship-building. Along with hiring manager, screens applicants for minimum qualifications. Works with hiring supervisor and HR Director to determine starting salary to be offered to top candidate, within corporate compensation plan.  Offers are made by hiring managers and supported through HRIS business processes to produce offer letters.   After applicant accepts position, refers applicant to HR Specialist to initiate pre-hire screening process. Ensures that identified candidates move through Level II background screening (employment and education verification, drug screening, DCF/AHCA, etc.) as quickly as possible; involves ongoing communication with candidates, hiring managers, and background screening vendor partners.  Closes filled job postings and sends notifications of non-selection to candidates through HRIS business processes. Works with community partners, colleges and universities to develop a pipeline of candidates for key positions. Audit new hire information in HRIS during Orientation week to ensure accuracy. Accurately prepares and submits Centerstone recruiting metrics within established timeline. Prepares CFL recruiting metrics report.  Prepares other Talent Acquisition metric reports upon request. Makes recommendations to HR Director for recruitment incentive programs and salary adjustments to maintain competitive pay ranges when compensation issues that adversely impact ability to retain and recruit staff are identified.  Upon receipt of appropriate approvals, implements incentive plans to resolve talent acquisition issues.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: This position works in an administrative office setting.  While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to observe the office environment and to use vision, speech and hearing to interact with others in person, via telephone and using computer technology.  This position requires the ability to sit for lengthy periods of time and to move about the office environment.

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel: This is a full-time, exempt position.  Typical work hours are between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday.  Additional hours and flexible scheduling will be required at times to meet organizational needs.
