The Talent Management Project Analyst is responsible for playing a vital role in collaborating with the Talent team to support the sustainment of existing Danaher-wide, Platform, and OpCo programs to ensure they are executed with excellence across Cepheid. The Program Manager will partner to outline objectives and effectively plan and deliver these annual processes and programs, while continuously improving execution and measuring success. Key process execution will include annual performance management, development planning and talent assessment cycles, while program sustainment may include a variety of initiatives currently in place.

This position is part of the Talent and DE+I Function and will be located in Sunnyvale, CA. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with the TM team to drive execution excellence of global Talent processes and programs through effective planning, rollout, and sustainment of these processes/programs across the global world of Cepheid, targeting key stakeholders. 

  • Coordinate the development and drive publishing of the annual calendar of talent processes to the business.

  • Based on voice of customer, propose continuous improvements to our Talent Management strategies and programs, reflecting the latest in internal and external best practices. 

  • In collaboration with the Corporate Communications team, define and develop channels to communicate process and program delivery to key stakeholder audiences and engage in two-way conversation with the HR community; lead the planning and execution of Talent sustainment communications through these channels.

  • Partner with the Sr. HR Partner, Talent Management to support the effective use of Workday in executing and tracking progress on key talent processes and work closely with the Talent team to identify innovative ways to continue to grow and support the Talent function.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources or related area. Masters preferred.

  • 5+ years professional experience in Talent Management/Human Resources.

  • 3+ years Program/Project Management experience with implementing corporate-wide processes and programs.

  • Ability to travel 10 – 20%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Driving for impact – ability to drive clear, effective processes to support delivery of outcomes

  • Project and program management – ability to plan, identify, coordinate and track critical activities, milestones and deliverables with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Process improvement and systems thinking – a track record of utilizing continuous improvement methodology as a business practice.

The salary range for this role is $100,000–$130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
