Job Description Summary:
The Associate Manager, L&D and Culture, is responsible for managing global learning and development programs, culture and well-being, and ongoing people and culture initiatives for employees and leaders of CFA Institute.
The position is headquartered in Mumbai, is eligible for flexible working, and will be supported by the Head, Culture, EVP, and Talent Development.
Job Description:
As the Associate Manager, L&D and Culture, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with the Culture, EVP, and Talent Development team, People Operations, HR business partners, and internal customers to fully support successful planning, implementation, and facilitation of learning and culture programs and related Workday systems.
- Lead L&D program administration (e.g., scheduling, internal calendars, presenter needs, course descriptions and visuals, attendee tracking, hybrid/virtual meeting logistics, feedback surveys).
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate Workday Learning assets, description visuals and links, announcements, campaigns, new hire alerts, feedback surveys, and related Workday Learning hub content.
- Support the collection and delivery of complex analyses of HR data; identify trends and contribute to creating HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues.
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on complex MS documents, databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues when needed and using expertise to help improve processes.
- Manage the Learning helpdesk mailbox, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
- Support vendor engagement, ensuring accurate scheduling and presenter support.
- Create and manage content for relevant Intranet pages.
- Participate in various People & Culture projects and initiatives.
The skills and experiences required for this role are:
- Experience working in a Human Resource or Learning Administration environment.
- Workday Learning, HRIS, and LMS systems experience are highly preferred.
- Adept at using Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint; Adobe product experience is a plus.
- Must be self-directed, demonstrate a high level of initiative, able to work independently, display an impressive work ethic, have a strong personal presentation, and anticipate the needs of the business.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present employee information and data accurately and with attention to detail.
- Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and presenting a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Experience in project management, with skills necessary to interpret what is needed for the success of a project and to create appropriate schedules for timely delivery.
- Discreet and able to handle confidential matters and materials with a high degree of professionalism.
- Flexibility in competently juggling competing priorities and changing expectations.
