Overview of Position

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist (within the Talent Management organization) will play an important role in supporting the strategies and providing day-to-day project/program management support for the Change Healthcare’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion DE&I teams.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Support our two DE&I Program Managers on their initiatives along with the Director of Talent Management

  • Provide analytical support for the Talent Management processes (e.g., testing the goal setting steps in Workday, analyzing calibration data, etc.) and DE&I initiatives (e.g., analyzing and reporting diversity data).

  • Complete program administration activities for DE&I programs (incl. scheduling/hosting meetings, managing vendors, etc.) and coordinate key DE&I coursework (e.g., Unconscious Bias training).

  • Creates and maintains project plans, reports metrics, designs slide presentations, and provides regular status updates to all stakeholders for DE&I processes and initiatives.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 3+ 5 years project coordination/logistics work supporting the Talent Management and/or DE&I team

  • Ability to work through data analytics, and score cards for reporting. Creating graphs and data tables, partnering with the Workday team to build out dashboards

  • Knowledge of DE&I best practices

  • Experience event planning, sending invites/specific links, ordering specific swag for special events Experience updating company intranet with specific DEI resource information

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, Learning & Development, Change Management, Project Management, or another related field.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Event Planning and Hosting

  • Experience as a member or coordinator for Business Resource Groups

  • Virtual Training Facilitation
