R28579 Senior Compensation Analyst

Overview of Position

The Compensation team is part of the Total Rewards organization in People Solutions. You will be on the team specifically responsible for Compensation Consulting and Solutions for all business units (Network Solutions, Software & Analytics, TES, and Enterprise Imaging plus Sales & Operations and Enterprise Technology

You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team and learn all business units and take part in several projects across the organization.

You will provide analytical support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the compensation programs and strategies for the Change Healthcare Compensation Center of Expertise (COE).  In addition, partner with key stakeholders such as Legal and HR Operations regarding compensation programs and processes.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Provide complex analytical support to the Compensation Center of Expertise (COE) team.

  • Obtain market data from databases as needed and support job evaluation efforts.

  • Research compensation trends and provide recommendations on courses of action.

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis on special projects.

  • Conduct market analysis and job slotting utilizing survey data and researching current trends to assist in developing and updating compensation structures across all locations in conjunction with the Career Framework.

  • Review proposed compensation adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve issues.

  • May lead or support compensation projects across multiple business units

  • Provide testing of systems and tools before “go lives” to complete quality checks.

  • Initiate, review, approve actions in the HRIS.

  • Consult with business partners regarding implementation of custom recognition programs

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience working within a corporate compensation function or compensation consulting practice.

  • Previous experience owning analysis and conducting market studies and trends, package up data findings to tell the story

  • Advanced MS Excel skills, advanced analytics skills with a high level of accuracy

  • Project and process management

  • Stakeholder Management
