Are you passionate about Workday HR technology and ready to make a significant impact by enhancing and optimizing HR systems?

We’re looking for a HRIS/Workday Analyst who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys balancing business needs with technical solutions. Join our team to play a pivotal role in managing and advancing our Workday Human Capital Management (Talent, Talent Acquisition modules) system to deliver a seamless HR experience. This hybrid position is full-time and permanent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and Optimize: Ensure smooth operation and alignment of the Workday HCM (including Talent and Talent Acquisition modules) system with HR business goals, while continuously innovating and implementing new capabilities to meet evolving HR needs.
  • Collaborate: Partner closely with HR, Digital (IT) partners, and key stakeholders to design workflows and processes that drive efficiency and enhance the user experience.
  • Translate Needs into Action: Act as a primary resource, translating HR requirements into actionable system functionality to achieve meaningful results.
  • Configuration and Security: Manage system configurations, security settings, and integrations to ensure data integrity and process optimization.
  • Create Insights: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics, empowering HR decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Support and Train: Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshoot issues, and offer ongoing training to HR staff, ensuring full utilization of system capabilities.
  • Lead Enhancements: Manage system upgrades, conduct regression testing, and oversee feature rollouts to maximize system improvements with minimal disruption.

What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, or equivalent, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HRIS administration, configuration, analytics, and reporting.
  • Workday Expertise: Proficiency in key Workday modules, including Talent, Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and Core HCM. Experience with Prism Analytics, Peakon Employee Voice, Workday Help, Workday Journeys, and People Analytics is a plus.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead projects from requirement gathering to implementation.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to solve complex system challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to bridge technical details with practical HR applications, enabling strategic HR processes.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with experience creating detailed, impactful reports.

  • Experience supporting HR systems in a manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of Workday HR partner vendors and systems.
