The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for delivering on Talent Management priorities. He/she will work on programs and projects to ensure our talent lifecycle objectives can be delivered in order to support growth goals of the business.

Location: Open to Remote, South Florida preferred

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures day-to-day operational effectiveness and quality talent management outcomes across the enterprise, establishing a culture of shared success.
  • Partners with Talent team, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to implement talent management strategies.
  • Utilizes all available metrics to plan and adapt to changes in business needs. Influences client groups by providing insightful market data that supports business growth and decision making.
  • Creates and supports internal mobility programs, processes and tools.
  • Sets high standards, maintaining operational excellence and compliance. Analyzes and presents talent metrics as required. Delivers comprehensive support to business groups to fulfill talent strategy.
  • Handles specialized programs in Talent Management to proactively address ongoing business needs
  • Actively researches new Talent Mgmt ideas and methods to build creative people strategies.
  • Partner across businesses and HR teams, establishes ongoing relationships with managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill open positions in a timely manner.
  • Partners with HR and internal clients to develop long term internal talent pipelining plans and build supporting talent communities.
  • Supports Talent Management Council providing data, materials and tools for programs.
  • Leads initiatives around diversity and inclusion for a diverse and inclusive workforce and culture of ChenMed.
  • Works on engagement programs and processes for the enterprise
  • Ensures delivery against key Talent metrics.
  • Grows brand awareness to support, identify, plan and lead events and meet ups, effectively leveraging social media tools in alignment with ChenMed’s Brand Strategy.
  • Delivers outstanding customer and internal candidate experiences as an owner of the onsite interview to hiring process.

  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Highly-developed business acumen and acuity
  • Prior experience in a complex Talent Management organization, with specific experience in the Healthcare industry strongly preferred
  • Possess excellent detail orientation and time management skills
  • Expert level offer negotiation skills
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Talent domain across corporate functions
  • Skilled in leveraging Talent tools and technologies (HCM, CRM etc.) through end-to-end talent life-cycle
  • Proven, strategic problem-solving skills inclusive of excellent user experience
  • Metrics driven thinking that provides direct business impact
  • Expertise in socializing and delivering TM strategies and models
  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges and provide talent solutions
  • Comfort and ability to sharing knowledge and credit, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill
  • Superior ability to build partnerships, using the trust created to provide effective relationships
  • Continue to develop domain knowledge, functional expertise and market intelligence.
  • Ability to create partnerships with users, using the trust built to provide coaching and mentoring throughout the process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 10% of the time
  • Spoken and written fluency in English
  • This job requires use and exercise of independent judgment
