Chevron is accepting online applications for the Learning Management Representative – Direct Hire Contractor position.

***Note that this is for 1 year contract employment.

The Learning Management Representative – Direct Hire Contractor supports Chevron’s HR Shared Services Learning Management team and global workforce, utilizing case management and Workday Learning. 

Learning Management Representative job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide customer support for LMS technical issues affecting learners and courses

  • Assist in the creation of learning courses, programs, campaigns, reports, and documentation

  • Process learning creation and modification bulk request

  • Participate in learning projects, including annual Compliance training

  • Escalate customer support issues appropriately

  • Provide support to Learning Management Specialist

  • Support ongoing user-based improvements within Workday Learning

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Learning or other Learning Management Systems

  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or other case management tools

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
