Senior HR Coordinator – Human Resources

How You'll Make an Impact  

Generalist Support

  • Support the HR Business Partners through the various points of the employee life cycle at Christie’s, including the hiring process, performance management, employee relations and exit process

  • Assist in the compensation and benefits processes, including the annual salary and bonus review, salary benchmarking and open enrollment

  • Responsible for employee updates and changes in Workday; Manage Workday processes, reporting and analysis for various programs, initiatives and business needs

  • Provide expert support to HR Business Partners on the implementation of HR initiatives

  • Assist HR Business Partners in supporting client groups as needed

  • Monitor shared HR email inbox; assist in answering main HR phone line

  • Track and monitor status of current employees on visas, learn and support immigration processes

  • Process vendor resources as required

  • Project work as assigned by HR Director, HR Business Partners, L&D, Recruitment & Benefits Managers

 

Recruitment Support

  • Support Recruitment Manager with overflow recruitment for roles as needed, including but not limited to: Shortlisting, scheduling and interviewing, drafting employment agreements, hiring and regretting candidates, and manage job postings

  • Assist in the coordination of international transfers and secondments, working in partnership with immigration attorneys

  • Responsible for producing reports for weekly staff meeting

  • Support the administration of recruitment system in Workday 

  • Monitor and manage the background check process

  • Assist with informational interviews

 

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 3-4 years of HR work experience (Human Resources degree a plus but not required)

  • An interest in pursuing Human Resources as a long-term career

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize is essential

  • Exceptional client service skills

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude with a proactive approach to work    

  • Calm under pressure and able to manage a heavy workload in a complex environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Outlook

  • Proficiency in Workday preferred

  • Professional approach with an understanding of confidentiality

  • Enthusiastic team player with a desire to contribute and play an active role

  • An understanding and/or experience of resourcing and recruitment methods desirable

Compensation Range

Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00
