Role is able to be remote or hybrid, must be local to Ewing, NJ office as travel into the office once/month may be required.

The HRIS Manager analyzes, designs, and implements Human Resources systems with primary focus on Workday.  In addition this role partners with key stakeholders to improve user experience as well as increase the efficiency of data processing and integrity. This individual also interfaces with third party vendors and IT to ensure that the needs of the business are met.

This role leads ongoing process improvement activities to bring greater efficiency and effectiveness of Workday to HR, as well as the entire company and is a key participant in the growth and evaluation of the HR Technology ecosystem.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities  

  • Lead in the research, design, implementation and maintenance of internal/external solutions for Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Security and special projects.
  • Collaborates with HR senior leadership and Centers of Excellence to define business processes and analyze operational efficiencies.
  • Manages security, privacy and authentication issues in partnership with IT.
  • Develop, test and implement creative solutions that align with business needs, and measure results.
  • Collaborates with the Total Rewards Team on critical and regulatory updates.

Education and Experience                                                          

  • Bachelors degree from accredited institution is required, focus in HR, computer science or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant HR and HR Systems experience
  • Workday experience is required
  • Prior experience in HR Technology implementation/configuration for Security, Benefits or Advanced Compensation

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be pro-active and self-motivated
