As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you’d play a pivotal role in building better systems, processes, and tools to help hire over 20,000 employees annually.  You will provide support across the TA organization to optimize the recruiter experience. You will also use your expertise to support Workday, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Phenom People, our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), Career Site, as well as our sourcing tools like Indeed and LinkedIn, to build efficiencies and problem-solve. You will support our global pre-hire assessments practice, enabling top talent identification.

This role allows you to use your strengths as a recruiter, sourcer, trainer, project manager, and tech-savvy communicator to the fullest extent. This role reports to the Talent Tools & Assessments Senior Advisor.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Be a Global Talent Acquisition Tools & Technology Champion. Drive and support utilization of the TA suite of tools; ATS, CRM, Indeed, LinkedIn, eQuest and more. Partnering with HR IT and our vendors to design and deliver new, innovative solutions.

  • Be a “Lead Problem Solver” of our Organization.  You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition Subject Matter Experts (Champions) and Leadership to solve problems in our ATS and CRM. Through this you will also develop efficiencies to eliminate the problems in the future.

  • Support Cigna’s Global Pre-Hire Assessment Practices. Design, develop, and deploy pre-hire assessments across multiple businesses. Ensure pre-hire assessment processes meet compliance requirements and vendor platforms are optimized for candidate, business, and recruiter effectiveness. 

You should have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s preferred

  • Experience with Workday and Phenom People strongly preferred

  • Experience with sourcing in Indeed and LinkedIn preferred

  • Effective communication and presentation skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint knowledge

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience

  • 2+ years of process improvement and/or project management experience

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $83,400 – $139,000, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
