Citi HR Shared Services (HRSS) develops world-class global HR infrastructure that provides services, processes and tools to enable businesses to manage their employees while assisting in management of cost, risk, growth and quality.

The successful candidate will become a member of the business analyst team of the Global Compensation, which supports compensation systems as CitiComp, MDA, Workday and CART for all Citi employees globally.  Working closely with the senior compensation specialists across all Citi businesses and geographies, he/she will need to partner to develop process and systems solutions to support business and corporate compensation strategies, including end-to-end operations of data analysis and reporting, fees, award planning and the end-user experience.  This role will focus on managing the implementation of new project initiatives, with primary emphasis on the CitiComp, MDA, Workday and CART in support of global compensation strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage client-facing projects and processes, working with multidisciplinary group of comp analysts, functional analysts, and technology developers.  Projects may involve:

    • Process reengineering

    • Comp plan implementations

    • Integrations between systems

    • Reporting tool deployments

    • Employee communication enhancements

    • System consolidation

  • Manage the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), to ensure smooth transition for Comp functional and technical teams, and all business sectors.  Among these components are requirements gathering, functional design, internal QA, user acceptance testing, and end user training.

  • Partner with the technical development team with responsibility for system enhancements and support activities.

  • Provide tier 2 & 3 production support for projects post-implementation.  May participate in support of the year-end compensation process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, delivering technology or HR services to demanding clients preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Access required, experience with VBA strongly preferred.

  • Project management experience on large scale, global projects required.

  • Ability to define strategic solutions and develop plan to accomplish.

  • Ability to build and cultivate positive client relationships in complex organizations.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing client needs.

  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple priorities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team and cross-functional team members.

  • Strong analytical skill set and affinity for metrics and data required.

  • Previous experience with systems or affinity for technology is a plus.

  • Understanding of Compensation function a plus.

  • Experience with Workday application is a plus
