About the Team:

HRSS provides HR shared services covering On-boarding, Employee Life-Cycle, Off-boarding, Payroll, Benefits and Service Delivery.

HRSS strives to provide excellent customer service through its product offering to employees and managers whilst focusing on process re-engineering and initiatives to enhance the Shared Services role in Citi. The Team is the delivery engine providing the services to the partners and customers within Citibank Europe plc Poland.

Please note that this is an entry level position that would suit candidates who are planning to kick off their career in HR Operations within Citi but already have some skills/experience listed below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precise execution of employee life cycle processes (job changes, personal data changes, absences)

  • Data entry to TETA and Workday systems

  • HR documents preparation

  • Performing process controls, data uploads and reconciliations

  • Customer service (via SNOW system) in terms of employees and managers support in HR related matters

  • Reporting

  • Participating in process improvement initiatives

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Some experience in administrative function within an HR function would be an advantage but is not required

  • Experience in HR, Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Payroll or Benefits would be an advantage but is not required

  • Good knowledge of Polish and English language is a must (both spoken & written)

  • TETA, Workday and ServiceNow systems user experience will be a plus

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Teamwork, innovative approach and can-do attitude, open to change and quick learner, eye for detail and sense of urgency
