Team & Role Overview

In the Mobility & Immigration Global Process Team, you will provide support for a wide range of change initiatives. The first major Project you will work on is to support the implementation of Global Immigration processes into 15 countries, working with various HR Stakeholders across the Globe.

Primary responsibilities after this project will be to support the Mobility & Immigration Global Process Lead, in all aspects of Mobility & Immigration projects, process maintenance, continuous improvement for both Workday system processes and non-system processes.  You will manage a high volume of business and process analysis and will be the Mobility and Immigration Workday system SME. This includes understanding and documenting requirements, coordinating meetings & workshops with Global Stakeholders, tracking  risks & issues with appropriate escalation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and monitor project plans

  • Manage Stakeholders and organize and participate in stakeholder meetings/Workshops

  • Communicate to stakeholders through clear presentation materials for stakeholders

  • Create process documentation/process workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance

  • Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation and produce end to end process maps and use cases to support requirements

  • Monitor issues, triage pain points and analyse trends which may lead to a required process change, produce and communicate dashboard on issues and trends

  • Responsible for the update and maintenance of all process documentation including Workday Process Maps, End to End process maps, Standard Operating Procedures and Workday guides

  • Support Global Process Lead/GPO with any training and communication sessions to ensure the successful implementation of new/revised processes

  • Ensure process and procedure content in Citi Help Centre is current by conducting quarterly reviews

Workday Technology Support

  • SME for Mobility & Immigration Processes in Workday sharing knowledge and supporting Mobility and Immigration Team as required

  • Draft Workday Change requests and supporting Functional requirements document

  • Represent Mobility and Immigration at Weekly PMO Meeting on prioritization of Change Request back log

  • Create use case/test case scenarios and obtain sign-off

  • Responsible for testing new design and trailing new ideas in sandbox

  • Support the Global process Lead with Change Management as required


  • Demonstrated multi-tasking ability, analytical skills, problem solving skills and a consistent record of on time delivery and customer service is mandatory

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Logical, analytic and rationale thinking

  • Analytical and strong problem solving ability

  • Demonstrated team player

  • Effective time management, detailed documentation, organizational skills

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structure

  • Advanced Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

  • Workday knowledge preferred

  • Mobility/Immigration knowledge would be an advantage
