The Employee Enablement Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for delivering high quality, customer-centric user experiences which provide a consistent and device-appropriate experience across all of the organizations digital channels / products. Incumbent will assist in designing the end to end user experience and will incorporate the latest technologies (as well as develop new ones through innovation labs), rather than relying on legacy systems. Responsible for the delivery of a customer experience aligned to the changing expectations of how consumers want to interact through digital channels by systemic approach to customer listening & feedback analysis

  • Get involved in coaching and training of new recruits
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with GPOs, HR Partners, Business Partners and Project Managers to ensure that interdependencies and/or partnership opportunities with business processes are highlighted, understood and incorporated into overall proposed plans.
  • Works across multiple taxonomies to deliver value added enhancement to HR applications (Workday & ServiceNow HR) and processes.
  • Leverage local, regional and global relationships to ensure delivery of key projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the HR, HRSS, GFTS and the business.
  • Identifies major impact change opportunities, support efforts to develop the business case/requirements and implementation plans
  • Independently leads business process transformation and reengineering on multiple processes simultaneously; provide on-the–ground support and leadership of reengineering initiatives.
  • Analyzes reengineering results and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
  • Excellent numerical/analytical capability
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to think strategically and then execute upon that design
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate.
  • Requires attention to detail
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.
