Job Purpose:

The Workday Time and Absence Senior Business Analyst will join the Time and Absence Global Process Team and will be responsible for undertaking requirement analysis with Stakeholders, documenting the system requirements and end to end support of the system change.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis with Stakeholders on Workday system requirements with the Time and Absence taxonomy

  • Clearly documenting the business requirements gathered to allow the business and technology teams to understand the need/change

  • Able to articulate the impact for payroll as required

  • Support as required during the development and testing phase

  • Change management activities, knowledge articles

  • Support to operational teams, during and post implementation

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant Workday business analysis experience preferred though solid experience with other ATS is also welcome

  • Experience of implementing end-to-end system changes within the Time and Absence arena

  • Global experience working on system projects

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment

  • Proven organization and time management skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
