Job Description
VillageMD, as an organization, is passionate about providing the highest level of care possible. Our purpose within the People Systems and Technology department is to partner with business area teams. Whether it be HR, Clinical Operations, or any other group, we ensure our systems are optimized, so they spend time caring for others, not the system they are using. This role requires a change-agent that drives collaborative processes through thoughtful analysis, foundational knowledge of our partnering business areas, and creative solutions that deliver a top-notch system experience.

Duties and responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Workday Architecture Analyst are:
- Developing, processing, and maintaining reports utilizing Workday data
- Analyzing the business needs of stakeholders to recommend and provide Workday reporting solution to inform decisions and solve problems
- Partner with Workday Security Administrator to maintain  data and privacy standards.

Qualifications
A candidate's qualifications will include:
- One to three years experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Experience on projects during design, configure/build, implement, and stabilization phases
- Must exhibit initiative and passion for outstanding results
- Must demonstrate intellectual curiosity
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Workday reporting and creating calculated fields is required
- Workday PRISM, BIRT, and composite reporting experience preferred.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Atlassian applications preferred
Pay Range $85,000-95,000
The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.
