CLA is looking to hire a Financial Systems Senior to join our Internal Finance team.

This role works directly with the Director of Financial Systems, to support key Finance stakeholders and develop and deliver best-in-class finance systems solutions.

As a Financial Systems Senior, you will

  • Administer Workday Business Processes, Security and Reporting
  • Provide technical support and functional expertise to support Workday financial features, including accounts payable/receivable management, General Ledger Functions, budgeting forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
  • Actively partner with Finance functional teams to consult, identify opportunities, design, and deliver best-in-class solutions that create efficiencies.
  • Participate in reviewing biannual Workday releases; develop, test, train and deploy new Workday functionality.
  • Provide technical support for additional Finance Systems, as required.
  • Develop reports and audits to ensure data integrity and improve firm performance.
  • Identify trends or root cause behaviors for issues and errors and manage potential solutions.
  • Resolve escalated user issues and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the organization utilizing strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism as it pertains to all job responsibilities.

What you will need…

  • Experience: At least 4 years of ERP or related experience, is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Information Technology or related field). A combination of education, training and relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Technical Competencies (required): Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Exceptional time management & prioritization skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Workday Finance experience is highly preferred.
  • Travel: This position requires <10% travel.
