Job Summary

Provide professional recruitment support and expertise to stakeholders for a wide variety of technical, professional, leadership, and field-based positions. This position is responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process while providing a superior candidate experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with managers regarding recruitment practices, policies, and procedures

  • Meet affirmative action/equal opportunity and diversity recruitment goals

  • Comply with all employment laws/legal requirements

  • Coordinate flow of activities for all approved positions throughout process, from approval of opening and establishing requisition within Workday to onboarding of new employee

  • Leverage your recruiting expertise and innovative thinking to build diverse talent pipelines

  • Partner with leaders across the organization to understand how their teams’ strategy drives hiring needs, enabling you to refine candidate sourcing and build talent pipelines

  • Utilize effective selection techniques required to identify, attract, and hire high quality employees for the full range of technical, professional, leadership, and field positions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor recruitment strategies based on needed productivity and success

  • Actively recruit passive candidates when appropriate to find the best talent and recommend possible solutions when flow/pipeline isn’t providing the right talent to meet business needs.

  • Partner with Talent Management, HRBPs, and hiring managers on an ongoing basis to ensure effective, legal interviewing practices

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay aware of current and future hiring and workforce needs, as well as what positions are of greater priority to the business.

  • Brings structured but flexible approach to process, utilizing metrics and analysis to understand and communicate effectively progress of search

  • May support other recruiting team activities as assigned/needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Five (5) years of related HR/recruiting experience

  • Has demonstrated knowledge and experience in hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics.

  • Must be capable of producing results while identifying and responding to changes in priorities.

  • Demonstrates excellent interviewing skills, and strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Possesses strong administrative, documentation, and communications skills, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Human Resources certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM CP/SCP)

  • Previous experience with the Workday HRIS system

  • Previous experience in oil & gas industry

Physical Requirements
