The Vendor Contract Payables Analyst will provide oversight review and reporting of CLA’s vendor contract payables to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage and track vendor contracts and commitments
  • Create contract payable schedules with a substantial focus on technology and lease management
  • Verify contract payable approvals, price points, coding, and terms
  • Notify contract owner of any variances and/or discrepancies
  • Reclassify payables as needed
  • Produce analysis reports on expense actuals and contractual commitments as needed



  • 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement management, accounting, or related field


  • Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management, Procurement Management, Accounting, or related field
  • 5 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree

Certifications / Licenses

Certifications Preferred

  • Microsoft Office Professional
  • Workday Certified Professional
  • Supply Chain / Procurement Management
  • Lease Management
  • Technology Business Management

Technical Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Experience with Workday ERP preferred, but not required
  • Experience with software, technology, and/or lease contracts preferred, but not required
  • Experience with data management and normalization preferred, but not required

Organizational Interfaces

The Vendor Contract Payables Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance. They will interact on a regular basis with the finance, operations and internal technology teams.

This position requires <10% travel.
