Clarivate is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team! Supporting the sales organization within the Intellectual Property group at Clarivate, you will work in partnership with key executive leaders on a global scale in the development and delivery of people strategies and plans to build a talented, sustainable team of colleagues. As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will develop relationships with peers, business stakeholders and internal clients to effect meaningful and relevant change across the organizations with whom you partner. Utilizing your strategic and operational skills, you will support projects and initiatives within your aligned business unit(s). Successful candidates will have experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with demonstrated strategic and analytical capabilities. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential to ensure that the people strategy, including Clarivate values and culture, is embedded within the organizational plans, objectives, and goals.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments…

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years HR Business Partner experience in a fast paced, heavily matrixed, globally expansive environment
  • Prior experience supporting the Sales, Marketing or Product group within a global organization
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior level business clients and experience in developing and implementing change initiatives with a solid track record for delivering results
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

It would be great if you also had…

  • Workday HRIS systems experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with organizational design and strategic workforce planning
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously

What will you be doing in this role?…

  • Own and drive workforce talent strategies in support of business priorities to include key talent and critical roles, bench strength, succession planning and employee engagement with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
  • Play a key role in supporting business transformation projects and initiatives from planning and development through to implementation and providing consultative services to projects within each business area where there is an identified need from a people/organizational strategy perspective.
  • Focus on talent and assessing talent across business lines to ensure deep and valuable understanding and knowledge of key talent and critical roles within the business and identify succession plans in order to ensure each function has quality and robust bench strength for key positions with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Partnering the business leaders to drive and differentiate performance across their organizations
  • Using metrics and analytics regularly to help support business strategies, identify talent trends and make astute recommendation.
  • Where necessary, making the right compensation recommendations that are related to driving a performance culture and embedding a performance focus across each function
  • Effectively liaising with the Clarivate Talent and Development team to ensure global processes and best practices are followed, including support and drive recruitment activities alongside the Talent Acquisition team when required to guarantee that each business area attracts high quality talent into the business in a timely way whilst ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Supporting all efforts around employee engagement, ensuring follow up and action planning from annual employee survey

Hours of Work

This role is a hybrid position working 3-5 days in the office based in Centennial, CO.

Ability to be flexible with working hours across regions and time zones worldwide

Compensation

The expected bases alary for this position is $100,000 – $125,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for (incentive or bonus) earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise and relevant factors.
