Job Location:

We are seeking a Workday Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in integration design and planning, Workday integration development, API development and customization, data mapping and transformation, troubleshooting and issue resolution, integration testing and quality assurance, documentation, and training, and staying updated with Workday enhancements.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in integration design and development, with a focus on Workday integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies, API development, and data mapping/transformation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile tools such as JIRA for managing user stories, tasks, and sprints.
It would be great, if you have
- Workday Integration Certification(s) preferred.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions.
- Develop integrations using Workday's integration tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services, BIRT Reporting, Custom Reports, and Workday Integration Cloud Connectors.
- Leverage Workday's API capabilities to design and develop custom integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Define data mappings and transformations between systems to facilitate proper data synchronization and formatting.
- Identify and resolve integration-related issues, performing root cause analysis and collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive integration test plans to ensure reliability, performance, and accuracy and bug fixing for existing Payroll integrations.
- Create documentation, technical specifications, and integration guidelines, and provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
About the Team
We are a central Public Cloud enablement team called “Cloud Operations” that provide operations and compliance guidance for existing and new deployments. Our purpose is to guide the technology teams with their Public Cloud adoption following Clarivate standards and practices. You will be part of a fast-growing organization and a dynamic Workday Integration team who is responsible for maintaining and Enhancing the existing Workday application for over 15000 Workers across the globe. We are using multiple HCM modules and looking to incorporate more modules in future. At Clarivate we have over 20 Workday professionals Working across different locations. On high level it has two major teams as Configurations (HRT) and Integrations (HRIS), you will be working with HRIS which has team of 5 members, you will be working as a team Lead who supports and Enhances Integrations from India along with the other 3 technical resources.
Hours of Work
- 45 h/week – Shift timing- 2- 11 PM IST
- Hybrid working model
