Job Summary:

The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for CCOA. Focus will be on entry and mid-level corporate and branch positions. This role is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success and driving consistency and compliance.

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities

  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements, conduct screening interviews and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Work closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs.
  • Facilitate hiring and selection.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions; assist managers with onboarding steps and Workday closeout.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Gather competitive intelligence, develop targeted sourcing environments, conduct research into competing companies and create talent maps for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build and maintain networks to find qualified candidates; create a database of candidates.
  • Create and update job descriptions and interview guides.
  • Expectation to handle a minimum of 10-15 requisitions per month and meeting TTF metrics of 45 days or less with qualified candidates.
  • Perform other special projects as assigned.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience.  Ideally in the media/advertising environment.
  • 2+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Experience using social media to source and network with candidates.
  • Workday experience preferred.

Skills

  • Demonstrated self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

  • Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.

  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.

Other Requirements
