Your role at Clorox:
Reporting to Associate Manager, People Analytics, this role delivers useful and accurate reporting data and analytical insights to create People-related strategies across the business. The role will work closely with various cross-functional stakeholders to effectively distill ad hoc requests, ask appropriate questions to understand hypotheses and respond to requests with logical, organized, data/insights in a timely manner. This position will coordinate extensively with our Workday Reporting Analyst.
The ideal candidate will be curious and inquisitive, have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, will thrive leading concurrent projects while working with a distributed team to drive outcomes and will enjoy informing and influencing stakeholders with data and insights.
In this role, you will:

Responsible for data engineering and management of HRIS data, including data from Workday, UltiPro, Microsoft Viva Insights, and other data sourcesÂ

Handle ad hoc reporting and analytics requests, while balancing needs of key HR stakeholder Â

Support generation of actionable insights and recommendations for HR Partners and COE leaders using People data dashboards, HRIS data, and leveraging the people data ecosystemÂ

Create and automate Power BI dashboards by integrating many different data sources and structuresÂ

Effectively communicate with cross functional partners and internal teams to deliver solutions in a timely fashionÂ

Identify patterns and relationships in the data and effectively and communicate those findings concisely and effectivelyÂ

Work closely with People Technology team to identify and correct data issues as neededÂ

What we look for:

At least 2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a similar role.Â

Advanced experience in Power BI and ExcelÂ
-
Proficiency with Alteryx, R and/or Python a plus

Experience working with HR/organizational people data preferred (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics)Â
