Job Description: 

The Senior Compensation Analyst – APAC is responsible for the development and implementation of compensation structures, programs, processes and guidelines for the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Compensation Manager,  this role will collaborate with HR and business leaders on compensation related analysis, programs and queries. A successful candidate is one that thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment, driven to perform at a very high level, has strong customer service skills and enjoys a data oriented approach to work.

This role is hybrid, 2-3 days working in our office in Bangalore, India.


  • Support the design, communication and compliance of Compensation programs in the region

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders on all things compensation, including  market analysis and compensation proposals for new hires, transfers and promotions, scoping and leveling new roles, researching and developing compensation structures for new market expansions

  • Coordinate projects relating to re-designing and streamlining of administrative processes associated with compensation and maintaining compensation materials

  • Perform job evaluation/leveling/structuring (incl. compensation proposals)

  • Conduct benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys

  • Monitor government regulations, legislation, and market trends related to compensation

  • Provide guidance and training/communication material for the region

  • Participate in other regional or global compensation projects as needed


  • 5+ years of compensation experience preferably in a global technology/consulting company 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field or equivalent practical experience

  • Knowledge of APAC, especially India, market and employment legislations related to compensation

  • Strong analytical skills to compile, review data for trends and comfortable presenting data

  • Capable of multi-tasking and changing directions quickly when priorities shift

  • Ability to work with limited guidance and handle personal or confidential data

  • Great written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly proficient with Excel and Google Suites (Google Doc, Sheet and Slides)

  • Experience with Workday and people analytics visualization tools such as Tableau preferred
