Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, My Rewards Data Management will partner with Global People Function leadership, HR Operational teams, Total Rewards COE and external vendors to support and deliver strategy, services, and solutions for annual compensation cycle and core compensation management among other processes. This role is responsible for optimizing the usage and transformation of my rewards (compensation and benefits) data in Workday and other HR systems.Â
By driving data usage and data design and championing continuous improvement, you will help us enhance and streamline business processes, ensuring the end-to-end solution is designed and configured to meet Coca-Cola’s requirements. This role will require a thorough understanding of Coca-Cola's compensation policies and practices. You will analyze, design, and implement enhancements and new features in the platforms.Â
Compensation Cycle Management:Â

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document cycle requirements and deliver these requirements to the Workday configuration team.Â

Conduct thorough testing of all configurations, grid settings, and calculation fields/custom objects to ensure accuracy and functionality.Â

Manage the rollout of merit and bonus plans, including making necessary updates to plan assignments.Â

Oversee the preparation and submission of all Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) to the appropriate teams.Â

Gather requirements for compensation statements and deliver them to relevant stakeholders for implementation.Â

Execute comprehensive testing of all configuration settings to ensure seamless integration.Â

Manage Workday PRISM data loads and ensure accurate pushing of statements into the Workday system.Â

Collaborate with internal teams to design, test and launch compensation statements effectively.Â

Align the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) process with the compensation cycle and manage custom objects as needed.Â

Initiate and close compensation cycles, ensuring all timelines and milestones are met.Â

Ensure all cycle-related reports are updated, accurate, and executed in a timely manner.Â

Identify and resolve data issues within the compensation cycle, working closely with HCM data management team.Â

Open, test, and resolve tickets on the Compensation Cycle defect board.Â

Ensure all compensation cycle data is accurately transmitted to the payroll team.Â
Core Compensation Management:Â

Ensure compensation items are correctly set up with appropriate rules, assignments, and Merit-Based Performance Standards (MBPS).Â

Conduct audits of compensation items, including Compensation Grades (CGs), Compensation Grade Profiles (CGPs), job profiles, custom object data, and plan assignments to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies.Â

Identify and resolve compensation data issues in collaboration with the Workday team, addressing issues such as period salary rounding or default plan assignments.Â

Determine new configuration requirements for core compensation items and deliver these requirements to the Workday team for build, testing, and implementation.Â

Requirements: Â

Bachelor’s Degree RequiredÂ

At least 5 years’ experience in compensation processes.Â

At least 5 years’ experience Technology or Data management.Â

Advanced English Proficiency

Excellent skills with Excel and data manipulationÂ

Pay Range:
$148,000 – $166,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
