  • Jump into the exciting, booming Workday ecosystem and use your recruiting expertise to continually identify, source, and hire the best and the brightest talent in our industry

  • Master our unique recruitment process and partner with our internal teams and executive leadership to strategically think outside the box to fill our critical open Associate Consultant positions

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other recruiting tools to identify strong candidates

  • Assist in the planning and preparation for campus career fair seasons

  • Build strong partnerships with various Universities to help build campus presence

  • Register for virtual and on campus career fairs and events via Handshake

  • Seamlessly guide candidates through the interview process ensuring that every candidate experiences our collaborative nature and award-winning culture

  • Conduct a high volume of phone screens; provide thorough, and intuitive, verbal and written feedback; and track your recruiting / sourcing efforts

  • Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with our executive team, internal teams, and hiring managers to influence change throughout the entire hiring process

  • Build a dynamic candidate pipeline that can be drawn from as needs arise

  • Travel onsite for various campus fairs and events and manage logistics

  • Keep stock and replenish “swag” inventory for campus events


Skills & Requirements:

  • Your ability to connect with people is second nature.  Your vibe is confident, passionate, and approachable!

  • 1 to 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within campus recruiting

  • Experience partnering closely with internal teams globally , in multiple locations, is ideal

  • Experience with Workday and Handshake, a plus!

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple open positions at a given time

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are exceptional.   We believe each and every candidate deserves a positive and inviting experience, even when they are not a fit.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sparkhire, applicant tracking systems, HRIS’s, and other recruiting tools, a plus!

  • Ability to travel onsite to campus career fairs and events, as needed.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while managing high work volumes
