Collaborative Solutions’ Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) practice focuses on the people side of change – assessing the impacts of changing business processes and technologies to develop meaningful approaches to driving end-user understanding and adoption. We are currently hiring Workday Organizational Change and Training Senior Principal Consultants who are charged with helping our customers plan and execute their change management program.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead large customer projects and partner with your customers in the planning, organizing, development, and execution of their organizational change & training workstream

  • Perform organizational readiness assessment and define resistance management approaches

  • Design the worker experience during digital transformation initiatives

  • Develop and execute change management, communications, and training plans and collateral

  • Organize, lead, and support delivery of customer-facing training

  • Support ongoing practice development and internal initiatives when relevant or assigned

  • Support sales efforts and identify new / potential business opportunities

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience and/or knowledge of change management and training principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci™, ACMP Standard, ATD Competency Model)

  • Experience developing change management tools and activities for sponsorship and user engagement, communications, training materials and adoption strategies

  • Currently certified or obtain the heavily sought-after Workday Financials or Student Certification within your first month; your first step to becoming a Workday change management expert

  • Demonstrate ability to manage SOWs and forecasts for multiple, concurrent projects for self and other team members

  • Successfully completed 5+ end-to-end projects, serving as a change management lead on challenging or complex global engagements

  • 4 or more years knowledge or experience with Workday either as a customer or implementor

  • A passion for understanding and influencing how people react to organizational change

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or professional certification related to Organizational Development, Psychology, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems a plus

  • Proficient in standard business applications (Microsoft Office Suite, screen capture tools, etc.)

  • Higher Ed or Finance experience is desired

  • Ability to travel up to 50 % based on business needs
