As a Project Coordinator (Continuous Value Service), you’ll act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Continuous Value Services organization at Collaborative Solutions.  Your focus will be on ensuring clients receive industry leading support through SalesForce Service Cloud while supporting the practice with various internal initiatives.  To succeed in this role you’ll need to be focused on building scalable processes for an organization undergoing rapid growth, a self-starter with excellent time management skills, ability to manage expectations while staying adaptable to evolving priorities. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Triaging of client support requests through SalesForce Service Cloud 

  • First level internal administrative support of SalesForce Service Cloud and testing improvements 

  • Resourcing activities towards identifying skillset matches with client requests 

  • Coordination and planning for Workday Release updates, including external webinars, communications, documentation & meeting scheduling  

  • Development and maintenance of internal Microsoft Teams groups 

  • Maintaining internal documentation, SmartSheets and SharePoint sites 

  • Serve as a trusted adviser to ensure customer’s overall satisfaction with our services 

  • Assisting in Onboarding new Consultants 

  • Gather and prepare information for Newsletters, Presentations and Reporting

Skills and Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Two or more years of experience in a customer services role 

  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Practitioner background in HR, Payroll, or Financials is ideal 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations at the Executive level  

  • Ability to manage your time, the customer demands, and competing priorities with a high focus on customer service  

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and develop strategy
